Our staff is trained to assist in your well being, so please inform our staff if you have a medical emergency which will be attended to or advised immediately.
If you need extra time for your consultation please assist us by requesting double appointments at the time of making the appointment.
If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that it can be used for another patient.
Chest pain, Severe Asthma, Poisoning or any symptoms that you feel needs urgent medical intervention please contact 000 for ambulance or proceed straight to the Emergency Department at Deniliquin District Hospital.
Home Visits:
We would respectfully remind patients that they should make every effort to attend the practice. Home visits may be arranged in the instance of inability to attend the practice because of your illness or are housebound by chronic disease.
Please remember several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to make a home visit, so if you can, please come into the surgery to be seen.
Our nursing staff is able to make a home visit & assessment and report to the doctor for further management.
Medication Prescriptions need to be reviewed on a regular basis for monitoring side effects, review of blood pressure and diabetes. Bloods need to be checked regularly & also to check if medication is taken correctly.
